Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to make your move into UniLiving as smooth as possible which is why we have put together a list of questions that previous tenants have asked us:

What happens when I first arrive? You will be met by one of Uniliving's local team who will show you round the property and all the facilities. If you have not already done so you will then pay them your deposit and first portion of your rent.

What happens to my deposit at the end? We will inspect the property with you and agree on anything that needs replacing before you get your deposit back.

Can I rent an individual room? Yes, you have the option to rent an individual room or the entire house. We can also help to find you other flat mates to live with.

Will I get a tenancy agreement? Yes, your lease meets all of the NUS standards.
